Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile home decor is securely padded.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
